The HUB

• Project and development is a result from the collaboration between the clients & Bali Creative Development. The HUB facilities hosts eight apartments studios, office spaces, pool area, maintenance areas and parking & living space for its future tenants. The location is Pererenan and a short drive from the beach.
• The interior spaces are thought through in a way that suits the Balinese tourism and the many digital nomads living here and the exterior accommodates brutalist columns as part of the design concept and structural elements.
